Brigit Carroll is Head of Policy for the Americas at Wise. Based in Washington, D.C., Brigit leads Wise’s government relations and policy work in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and the United States. Her work focuses on payments and digital finance issues, notably cross-border payments and remittances, payments and market infrastructure, instant/real-time payments and open banking/finance.
Before moving to D.C. in 2022, Brigit spent nearly a decade working in Brussels on E.U. policy. Previous to joining Wise in 2019, Brigit worked at the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU in Brussels. Brigit holds a Master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Belgium and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.

Diana Avila

Chief Banking and Expansion Officer, Wise

Diana Avila is Global Head of Banking and Expansion at Wise and part of the Leadership Team, leading the international expansion of the company. She is responsible for building and leading the global team that is making Wise’s services available in more jurisdictions for their growing 13 million customers. The Expansion team works with over 90 global financial partners to enable customers to use Wise around the world.  This team has contributed to Wise securing financial licences in 15 jurisdictions around the world, and are continuously working on further expansions. When she first joined Wise in 2015, Diana was responsible for taking on the challenge of expanding Wise’s operations to Latin America through partnerships with financial institutions and securing new regulatory licences. Bringing transparency and a cheaper, faster and better solution for people to transfer money to and from that region requires working closely with local financial institutions and local regulators. Diana is passionate about financial inclusion and innovation towards a better and more efficient financial system. Prior to Wise, she was working as a Financial Regulatory Lawyer in Co

Chief Technology Officer, Wise

Harsh is Chief Technology Officer and US President at Wise, and was acting CEO during Kristo Käärmann’s sabbatical in late 2023. Harsh is responsible for scaling the technology and product teams at Wise, and has strong expertise in international money flows, the future of the international money system, faster payments rails, and building and sustaining a successful tech company.

Prior to joining Wise, Harsh was Director of Product at PayPal where he led the product strategy and development of PayPal’s mobile apps and software development kits. Harsh also spent 12 years at eBay, starting as a Software Development Intern and rising to Head of Software Engineering. In Harsh’s role as Director of Software Engineering he spearheaded the development of eBay’s Click & Collect platform globally, including launching eBay’s Click & Collect integration with Argos in the UK. Harsh is also an advisor and an investor in early stage startups.

She is an experienced fintech professional leading on scaling and shaping the partnerships and go to market strategy for Wise Platform’s solutions in North America. Prior to joining Wise, Lauren was at Currencycloud where she played a key role in transforming the company from a UK-centric startup into a global cross-border payments firm.

Matt Parish

Head of Correspondent Banking Product, Wise Platform

Matt Parish is currently the Head of Product for Correspondent Banking at Wise Platform, responsible for leading the teams that build products for banks and financial institutions across Wise Platform’s API and Swift rails. Previously, he was a Group Product Manager at TrueLayer, focusing on eCommerce around the world. Over his tenure at TrueLayer, Matt Parish launched Variable Recurring Payments (VRP) in the UK, and managed the UK&I product, where he scaled Data usage by 10x and Payments volumes by over 100x. He also led the launch of TrueLayer’s first European market in Ireland, growing it to serve multiple clients and thousands of end-users. Before joining TrueLayer, he worked at Capco, specializing in architecture and open banking, and was part of the Capco team that helped launch Mettle, a new challenger bank funded by NatWest.

With nearly two decades of experience across payments and marketplaces, Mohit has worked across multiple geographies and business stages – from early-stage startups to some of the world’s largest public brands – bringing a global, cross-marketplace perspective to his leadership. Before joining Upwork, he was Senior Director of Product Management at eBay, where he led the transformation of its global payments platform and oversaw key initiatives across order management, billing, tax, and loyalty.

Mohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s in Operations Management from Mumbai University. He is passionate about unlocking growth through trusted, modern payment experiences.

Prashant Gandhi has two decades of financial services and tech experience. Prior to Melio, he was Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase and Chase’s Head of Digital Payments. At JPMorgan, he built a team that managed the entire suite of digital payment products used daily by Chase’s nationwide retail and small business customers. He also collaborated with JPMorgan’s Corporate Responsibility team to run programs for enhancing financial literacy among court-involved youth. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Prashant spent 16 years at McKinsey & Co as a Partner in its Delhi and New York offices and helped launch a new practice called McKinsey Digital as the Global Chief Operating Officer.

She leads the Servicing teams providing enterprise-level support to Wise Platform partners, ensuring scalability, whilst reducing costs and improving SLAs. The Servicing teams include Compliance Operations, such as KYC and KYB, Risk Assessment and Monitoring, Enterprise Support, Customer Success, FinCrime Operations and Payment Operations. Since joining Wise in 2016, Sonia has held various positions including in Marketing and Sales.
