Alex is the Chief Operating Officer and part of the founding team at Column, a nationally chartered developer-first bank. Prior to Column, he invested in financial services and technology at Warburg Pincus, including a secondment as the Chief of Staff at fintech portfolio company Mosaic. Alex has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Yale University and attended Stanford Graduate School of Business before dropping out to launch Column.

Cathy Moberg is a Transactional FX Product Manager and team lead within Global Payment Solutions . Cathy is responsible for the development and execution of the global FX product growth strategy with specific focus on the FX components within CashPro Global Payments, FX trade & Pay and Multi Currency Netting. In her role, she has innovated and provided cutting edge capabilities for clients, such as Integration of CashPro Flow API with the existing netting software; and the award-winning FX Trade and Pay Products. In partnership with Sales, she has established the effective marketing approach to promote these FX payment capabilities and drive a revenue stream of over 8.5 million for Multi-Currency Netting as well as a 11% year over year growth for CashPro FX payments. As a component of her role, she serves as the Transactional FX Payment Product team (TFX) infrastructure liaison to ensure seamless integration of FX systems as emerging technologies are developed. Cathy also serves as the business control lead for the TFX team.
Joining the firm in 2000, Cathy started her career as an Operations Manager in Global Foreign Exchange Operations. Throughout her time in Global Foreign Exchange Operations, Cathy managed multiple teams as back office for interbank, hedge fund and institutional client trade confirmations & settlements. She led FX Investigations, Foreign Clean Collections, Foreign Transit Items Operations and FX wire room processing across multiple lines of business. Cathy was ultimately promoted to Global Head Foreign Exchange Consumer & Payment Operations in 2012. In 2014 Cathy took on the role of a Project Manager within the FX Operational Transactional Change Management team to develop payment solutions and operational efficiencies across operations supporting all lines of business. She left that team in 2018 to take on her current role within Transactional FX Product Mgmt.
A strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and giving back to others, Cathy participates as a work stream lead within the Diversity and Inclusion team for the GPS Campus Recruiting efforts, which focuses on the recruiting of top diverse talent from HBCU’s, HSI’s, Women’s colleges and Partner organizations. In addition, Cathy was selected as a Cheri Blaire mentor in 2021 and continues supporting this group. Her great work in this area led to her being named a Line of Business Volunteer Champion in 2022 and she continues in that role today. Cathy also supports several groups within her community supporting those with food insecurity.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California.

Chandni is the Chief Risk Officer for Wise and responsible for managing and overseeing risks for the group. Prior to joining Wise, Chandni spent over a decade leading several roles at Morgan Stanley including Global head of Quant Research and EMEA head of risk. She has more than 16 years of experience working in Finance, both in the front office, as well as risk, both on the buy and sell side. She holds a PhD in statistics & probability from Michigan State University and specialises in use of advanced analytics to build risk intelligence.

Eyal Lifshitz is the Co-founder and CEO of Bluevine, the banking platform that serves as the financial operating system for startups and small businesses. Through a single account, companies can earn more, save more, borrow, and manage their money whenever and wherever they do business – without ever stepping into a branch. Accessible through one dashboard, its product suite integrates high-yield business checking, accounts payable, debit and credit cards, loans, and lines of credit. Since 2013, Bluevine has served over 500,000 customers, delivered over $14 billion in loans, and is currently trusted with over $1 billion in managed customer deposits.
As a third-generation small-business entrepreneur, Eyal is passionate about helping small businesses grow and prosper. Before Bluevine, Eyal was a principal at Greylock IL, Greylock Partners’ dedicated fund for Israel and Europe. At Greylock, Eyal was involved in investing over $100 million in start-up companies. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and an engineer at Texas Instruments. Eyal currently lives in Palo Alto, California, with his wife and two kids. He holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago, where he was a Carlton Fellow.

Harsh is Chief Technology Officer at Wise, enabling our infrastructure to power money without borders all over the world. Prior to Wise Harsh was the Director of Product at PayPal. He led product strategy and development of PayPal’s mobile apps and software. He has previously led various technology functions at eBay, including eBay Motors and eBay local. Harsh is also an angel investor, an advisor to early stage start-ups, and regularly speaks at conferences. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University, India.

Jag Duggal is Nubank’s Chief Product Officer, a position he has held since 2020. Before joining Nubank, he worked at several companies, including as a director of product management at Facebook from May 2018 to January 2020, as senior vice president and member of the executive leadership at Quantcast Corporation from June 2011 to March 2018, and in several roles at Google from 2006 to 2011 including Head of Strategy for the Google Display business and product leader for Google’s Brand advertising business. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.

Kristo is the co-founder and CEO of Wise, the global tech company building the best way to move money around the world. Prior to starting Wise, Kristo was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting & PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He worked with European banks and insurers to modernise their processes and systems. Stunned by their inefficiency, he teamed up with Taavet Hinrikus, then Skype’s director of strategy, to develop an entirely new system for moving money across borders. Kristo was selected as one of the World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers 2015.

Prior to Wise Nilan was VP Growth at HouseTrip, in charge of scaling the company’s growth in the European market. He’s also worked as Chief Marketing Technology Officer at Holiday Extras, where he was responsible for all areas of technology, marketing and customer acquisition. Nilan also advises a number of early stage startups on growth and getting to traction.

Prior to Wise, she worked as Chief of Staff for Congressman Denny Heck on financial services policy.

Previously, Steve has worked on payments international expansion, as well as direct connections to payment schemes such as UK Faster Payments and Swift.
